Monica Derchi is Director of Sales and Marketing of our hospitality business at Brookfield Properties. She is responsible for increasing the overall value of hospitality properties through collaboration with designated hotel and regional teams to uncover unrealized topline revenue opportunities among direct sales-related market segments and channels.
Monica has over 20 years of hotel sales leadership experience encompassing on-property and regional sales positions within branded and independent luxury lifestyle hotels including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and Morgans Hotel Group.
Monica holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies Hotel and Restaurant Management from the New York Institute of Technology and a certificate of hospitality management course completion from Ecole Hoteliere De Lausanne.
