Jennifer Rutkowski is Vice President of Asset Management in our U.S. hospitality business and co-leads the commercial team. Jennifer and her team are responsible for ensuring each of our properties achieves the intended business plan, by guiding the business through a new brand launch or conversion and identifying commercially driven revenue opportunities.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties in 2016, Jennifer contributed to the opening team of the Baccarat Hotel in NYC as well as 1 Hotels and Blackstone’s hotel operating platform, LXR Luxury Resorts and Hotels.
Jennifer holds a Master of Arts from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from The Catholic University of America.
