Maggie Qu is Vice President of Office Leasing and Head of Multifamily in China. She is responsible for overseeing the multifamily business in China while concurrently managing the performance of office leasing.
Maggie joined Brookfield Properties in 2019. With over 15 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, Maggie contributed to various tier-1 cities in China, acquiring a comprehensive skill set in asset management and performance optimization. Prior to joining the organization, Maggie held significant roles at Swire Properties and Fosun’s HQ, where she oversaw project re-development, positioning, leasing, and the marketing of assets overseas.
Maggie holds a bachelor’s degree from Zhejiang University and a master’s degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
